Professor Wilson NGDoctoral (PhD) Supervision

I supervise six PhD students who are at various stages of completion in the fields of small business studies, strategic management, and organization studies, including a University of Roehampton Vice-Chancellor’s Scholar, who began his doctoral studies in September, 2016. I have five PhD completions to date, in order of completion, Drs. Allison Wylde, Sabah Iqbal, Lauren Twort, Catherine Kelly, and Gloria Appiah. Three of these students passed their doctoral examination without corrections. Two other doctoral students are expected to submit in the next 12 months.

I am, or was previously, Director of Studies for all of my students (except for Dr. Allison Wylde and a new, cross-department student who commenced doctoral studies in January, 2016). Three of my students are full-time doctoral students, while all of my current students hold internal or external PhD scholarships.
